Press Conference ahead of "Fashion Forum Yerevan 2019"

To highlight the significance of the upcoming "Fashion Forum Yerevan 2019" on June 25-29, 2019, a press conference was held at the RA Ministry of Economy jointly with the Tourism Committee of RA.

“The Fashion Forum will bring new and fresh approach in the creative life of Armenia. EU-SMEDA project supports the forum as fashion, being a part of the creative industry, has big potential of growth in Armenia”, said Eva Naeher, EU-SMEDA project’s team leader”.

The forum will host many outstanding fashion experts, designers, influencers, fashion journalists and photographers. They will not only share their sound expertise with Armenian designers but will spread the word about Armenian design industry and its huge potential globally.

Vahan Khachatryan and Elen Manukyan, co-founders of Fashion and Design Chamber of Armenia, presented the rich agenda of the forum and what would be expected from various sessions at the forum.

The Tourism Committee of RA represented by Susanna Safaryan, is supporting the forum to highlight its importance for the country’s tourism and cultural life given its multi-fold effect on hosting international experts, journalists and photographers and disseminating widely about Armenia’s vast cultural heritage and touristic attractions that would be also showcased at the forum.

Armenian Technology park managers on a study visit to Slovenia for learning and knowledge transfer

From April 15-19, 2019 the managers and leading staff of Enterprise Incubator Foundation and Armenian Technology centers: Gyumri Technology Center, Vanadzor Technology Center and Engineering City, visited Ljubljana’s Technology Park in Slovenia.  The study visit aimed at learning and knowledge transfer on business support and innovation ecosystem environment in Technology park of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
